Chris W. Marsden BSc (Hons) MRICS, Managing Director
Chris Marsden established Aggmore in 1999. He has previously opened
offices for Kenmore in London and Gerald Eve in Hong Kong. He has
over 20 years of Real Estate investment experience and is a qualified
Chartered Surveyor.
Tim Minns BSc MRICS, Director
Tim is responsible for the strategic management and performance of
the European portfolio. He has worked for a number of leading
organisations in real estate, including King Sturge, Cushman Wakefield
and Schroder Investment Management. Tim joined Aggmore in 2006
from Merrill Lynch where he was Director of Asset Management for
Europe. He has spent some 15 years focussing on European markets
and is fluent in French
Shilen Patel BA (Hons) MPhil (Cantab), Director
Shilen joined Aggmore early in 2006 and is responsible for sourcing and
closing investment opportunities in Europe. Shilen has previous
experience with LaSalle Investment Management and Jones Lang
LaSalle Corporate Finance, working principally with private equity,
pension and development funds. He has a BA Honours Degree from
Queen Mary, University of London and a Masters in Real Estate Finance
from the University of Cambridge.
James Brackenbury BA (Hons) MA MRICS, Investment Manager, (Prague)
James is responsible for supporting our acquisition team in the sourcing and due diligence of investments for the Eastern European Portfolio. He has worked in Paris for French bank, BNP Paribas and in London for Property Consultants, Nelson Bakewell where he worked for their National Investment team. James has a BA Honours Degree from Exeter University and a Masters in Property Valuation and Law from CASS Business School. James joined Aggmore early in 2007.
Fiona Boyle, Group Financial Controller
Fiona joined Aggmore in November 2006 from CLS Holdings plc where
she was Financial Controller for their French division. Prior to CLS
Fiona worked for various accountancy practices in the UK and Ireland.
Fiona holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered
Accountant.
Oli Lord BSc MA MRICS, Investment Manager
Oli is responsible for the Investment Management of the UK portfolio. Previously he worked for CB Richard Ellis, working principally in the Corporate Services team undertaking agency and professional work. Oli has a BSc Honours Degree from Reading University and a Masters in Property Valuation and Law from CASS Business School. Oli joined Aggmore in April 2007.
