Aggmore was founded by Managing Director Chris Marsden as a research led property investor and investment manager.

We are actively growing our investment management business and at present operate two distinct property partnerships:

• one which invests in the UK
• the other in continental Europe, particularly the growing economies of Central and Eastern Europe.

Aggmore's approach is very much partnership-led. We have developed a highly effective network of local contacts and partners which generate increasing numbers of investment opportunities. Introductions are welcomed from brokers, developers and joint venture partners.

Aggmore's European partnership (The Aggmore Europe Fund) is a Luxembourg-based equity joint venture launched in September 2005. The Fund currently owns and manages a portfolio of assets in Central and Eastern Europe. The portfolio will undergo rapid growth during 2007, as the fund completes acquisitions from its expanding pipeline of deals.

In Europe we are creating a network of regional offices to fully integrate into the local property markets. We firmly believe that local expertise and knowledge will produce the best investment opportunities and enhance performance. Our Prague office opened in 2006 and is fully operational.
