CHRIS MARSDEN BSc (Hons) MRICS,
Managing Director
Chris Marsden is the Founder of Aggmore, Managing Director and a member of the Executive Board. He takes overall responsibility for the management, operation and investment activities of the business.
Chris has over 25 years of experience in the global real estate markets. Prior to forming Aggmore in 1999, he opened and ran the London office of a European Fund management business during which time he was responsible for over £100m of commercial property transactions generating IRRs in excess of 50%.
Chris has also previously worked for leading global commercial real estate advisors Hillier Parker (now CBRE) and Gerald Eve in the European and Asian property markets, including forming a joint practice for the two firms in Hong Kong in the 90s. Chris is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
